Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate ten guests comfortably.

Built in the 1930's for a local ranch, the Old Chico Cottage has been completely renovated. The 2300 square feet includes a daylight basement overlooking Emigrant Creek, which flows through one mile of our private, 82 acres. The outside surrounding the cottage is completely landscaped with a large yard for children to enjoy while the adults lounge on the open deck or covered porch.

A full kitchen includes microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and new appliances.

The three floors offer some privacy from other guests while the main floor has a living room, kitchen and eating area perfect for preparing and eating meals together. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and the loft is furnished with three full sized beds and fans. The bathrooms are tastefully done with tile showers in both. The master bath includes a pebble shower floor as well as an early 1900’s claw foot tub.

Location:

Chico Hot Springs resort is located 1 1/2 miles and includes fine dining, a natural hot springs for swimming, horseback riding, sled dogs, and a spa. Livingston is located to the north 25 miles, Bozeman, Montana and a commercial airport is 45 miles and Yellowstone National Park to the south 35 miles.

We have the ability to host family reunions, weddings, or large get-togethers.

We can arrange for you to combine with other cabins in close proximity to the cottage to accommodate 20-25 people.

Rates: $250/night for groups up to six people, $350/night for groups over six. $1600-$2000/week, ten person maximum.

**Three night minimum, June through August. **Special rates September through May. **No pets, No smoking. **50% down to reserve. **We accept Visa and Master Card.
